I'm Karly, and I build websites, brands, and online presences for small businesses across New Jersey. Some of that is a full site build. Some of it is helping someone finally get their YouTube channel off the ground, or fix the one that's been on hold for years.

This wasn't where I started. Before DecisionCore, I worked in theater, in photography, and behind a microphone hosting pop culture podcasts for twelve years. Different rooms, same pattern: the people who looked like me, who talked like me, kept getting less. Less access. Less quality. Or a price that put both out of reach. That's why everything I build can come in Spanish too, built that way from the start, not translated after the fact. And it's why my pricing is fixed and agreed before you ever sign anything.

DecisionCore is for the owner building a business by day and fumbling through the online side by night, and for the one just starting out who doesn't know where to begin. I work with all kinds of businesses, but especially the ones owned by women, by people of color, and by our LGBTQ+ family, the ones I've watched get overlooked or overcharged the most.

I'm not trying to get rich off any one client. I'm trying to help you build the business you go to bed envisioning, by taking the unglamorous, necessary work off your plate.

Here's what that looks like. When I showed Beth the first draft of her website, she was relieved. She'd been stuck for months trying to build her coaching business's site, Balanced Badass Living, by herself, and handing it off gave her back the time and headspace to focus on the coaching, the actual business.

That's the job working. Every project I hand off gives someone their time back and means one more business owner who didn't have to choose between quality and what they could afford.
